villa parisienne

"La Villa Parsienne" is a project located in the 13th district of Paris. It has been created to house a couple and their two kids. The family should also be able to welcome two other people.

The project is directly inspired by the famous Koshino House by Tadao Ando, and presents a separation between the living and sleeping areas thanks to a central architectural staircase. The alternation between the concrete and the glass helps to divide both of these areas, and gives an interesting spatial volume to the entire project. This villa can easily be described as minimalist, and indeed its large spaces cleared of artifice evoke serenity and allow a feeling of well-being to return to a healthy lifestyle.
